milk may help reduce weight in kids
of course, all these reports are sometimes preposterous(there's too many variables to analyze at one time)... but it could explain why i'm skinnier than my bro... and taller... i wonder how much exactly height gain is related to milk... given what i am now, i just wanna break 6 ft...
haha... tell that to all the short youth girls back @canaan... keep not drinking milk, and you'll end up overweight...
heh, if they threw me into one of those studies, it could throw the whole thing off; they'd find that...
-eating little, but drinking lots of milk
-swimming on a swim team about 1 hr 4 yrs, then 2 hrs after that for about 2 yrs every weekday
-running everywhere to get where you're going(as long as it's practical), or jogging, brisk walking if trying not to get tired
-depriving yourself of sleep to cram for tests, then most other times oversleeping
-eating a LOT in high school senior - college years
will keep your weight down, your height up, and weirdly, metabolism from skyrocketing til you're age 30 :D then, YOU'RE GONNA DIE
